The Christmas tree table ornament is made from a variety of fabric remnants and is a lovely feature for your Christmas table. The pattern piece is straightforward to draw out and the step-by-step instructions are detailed and easy-to-follow. If you read the instructions from start to finish without following them as you go along they can seem a bit confusing, so just take it stage by stage.
The Christmas tree table ornament has been sewn in Christmas colors, but why not sew it in Autumn colors for a seasonal decoration or in colors to match your interior design. It’s a perfect way to use up left-over fabric from when you made your own curtains or pillow covers.
Handy Hint : If you fill the tree with something heavier, such as rice, then you could use the tree as a door-stop. Or go large to create a novel tree pillow – it might not be too comfortable to rest upon but little ones will have fun snuggling them!
